Villa Sanibel - 2F - An Island Hideaway
# 2F Villa Sanibel lussuoso West Gulf Drive - Una spaziosa casa vacanza di due piani, con un soffitto in legno con travi a vista e finestre clerstory sotto il tetto che danno questa unità condominio un arioso e sensazione luminosa. Le due camere da letto, due bagni appartamento con soppalco è completamente arredata con tutte le tele (compresi teli mare) e utensili da cucina. La camera da letto contiene un letto king-size, con letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto e un divano letto con un rotelle pop-up nel soppalco, che si affaccia sulla zona soggiorno.
Il nostro complesso, Villa Sanibel, un complesso di fronte all'oceano di venti unità, è stato ri-modellato estesamente - dentro e fuori - nel 2006. La piscina era ri-emerse e un patio di ciottoli installled nel 2005. Il campo da tennis è stato ri-fatto allora pure. All'interno della nuova cucina è dotata di nuovi elettrodomestici, tra cui un fianco a fianco refridge / congelatore con ghiaccio e acqua refrigerata attraverso la porta e granito. Avendo solo 20 unità la struttura offre tranquillità e privacy con la famosa spiaggia a pochi passi.

Oltre alla climatizzazione, ci sono tre ventilatori a soffitto per il comfort in tutte le stagioni. Un lanai proiettato-in per pranzo si affaccia sulla piscina e giardino.
Attività :: Una delle migliori spiagge bombardamenti nel mondo è proprio fuori dalla porta. Il Beachview Golf Course è a due minuti di distanza e negozi, ristoranti e teatri si trovano nelle vicinanze, facilmente raggiungibile in auto o in pista ciclabile bella e sicura di Sanibel che passa proprio dal complesso. La Bailey tratto del Ding Tesoro Nature Preserve è raggiungibile a piedi e la fauna selvatica è sempre vicino con i delfini, tartarughe, falchi pescatori, ibis, ecc avvistato quotidiano.

We just finished a two month stay at Villa Sanibel 2F and the property was very nice. Check in process was great and the owner was very accessible. The location of this property was excellent. Maybe 30 yards from the beach! We really enjoyed the sunsets every night and getting to know our neighbors. Everyone was very friendly and we had a great time visiting with them. The unit was very well stocked with all the neccessities, towels, beach chairs, kitchen utensils etc.
All the appliances worked well with a newer washer and dishwasher. But the real attraction to this property is the location. Its right on the beach! We were able to walk to Casa Ybel resort and enjoy drinks and lunch at the pool bar Coconuts. We also had dinner twice at Thistle Lodge in Casa Ybel and being able to walk home from dinner on the beach was great. Also you are not very far from Bailey's Grocery and Doc Ford's. This mid island location is really convenient to many of the attractions on Sanibel. I would definitely reccommend Villa Sanibel!

This is our third time staying at this condo complex, second time in this condo. It is in a great location: on the beach, centrally located, great shelling, watch the sun rise/set, trails, restaurants, etc. The condo complex quiet and has an island feel with a nice pool. Although not fancy , this condo is clean, comfortable and has all you need. Being on the second level is a plus due to the loft and high ceilings. The manager, Hannah, is outstanding to work with and super responsive. We recommend this condo and look forward to renting it again.

Very nice-quiet place to stay. This is a small complex which was why we picked this one, maybe 20 units or so. Very short walk to the beach which was not crowded at all. Close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked if you want cook. We would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The property was well kept at the villa. Walking, we were 20 seconds from the beach/oceanfront. It was well lit and although two other condominium properties neighbored the villa, I still felt the villa was secluded. There are beautiful trees lining the property and very minimal traffic within the villa and at the entrance as West Gulf Rd is off the beaten path. Really, the whole island is preserved, secluded, peaceful and minimally commercialized. The master bedroom and bath was comfortable. The second bedroom was also nice and had a door to the outside which was helpful if we were having trouble with the lock on the main door (sometimes the knob was troublesome). It was great having an entry code rather than a key! No key to worry about getting lost at the beach!! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The lanai was comfortable and overlooked the pool—great watching thunderstorms from the lanai. A large towel rack was on the lanai for beach towels. The loft area was cute but we didn’t need to use it. We enjoyed the smart TV, the large kitchen table for puzzles that were provided, the closeness to the beach and the second floor location. I also appreciated the selection of beach chairs and boards/noodles. It would be great to have a beach umbrella provided, but they are easy to rent on the island. There are plenty of towels and bars of hand soap, dishwasher and dishwashing soaps, and a few laundry detergent pods. We really enjoyed our stay and from what we saw as we scoped out the island, the villa is really a prime spot and one of the nicest properties for all of the reasons I mentioned above. I hope to return!!
