+ The location was very central, there was loud noise and music from the restaurants but we expected and knew about this so not a big problem.
+ Cold water and wine in the fridge, coffee etc. offered - great!
+ Facilities otherwise were great in kitchen (although could not get the Nespresso machine to work but not a big deal)
+ Bathrooms and rooms were clean and fresh!
- Cleanliness unfortunately, floor and carpet in sitting room and kithcen were dirty and there were bugs and cockroaches in the kitchen and living room. We had agreed on a check in time and cleaners were still rushing to clean when we arrived. Maybe that's why it wasn't clean.

"Tutto perfetto unica pecca: le stanze affacciano su una via piena di locali con musica, gli infissi non sono insonorizzanti e la casa la notte è molto rumorosa. Per il resto tutto perfetto."
