The air-conditioning not good water leaking, I was informed staff over there to change the room but the reply from them not polite. I'm really disappointed with the hotel services.

Complementary budget hotel
Sound proof not really good, cant sleep if other ppl make noise. The location is a bit far from the centre, but price still acceptable for this.

The night staff who check me in was good, the room aircond very cold. Clean room and bathroom. The bed is super comfy...
The morning staff who handle check out with no greetings, no thank you... The floor too high and nobody offer luggage assistance...

Room with cigarette smell . Aircon feel warm the remote seems not tally with the aircon. No small light for sleeping . Total black out. Room 203 hanger is broken seal with cellotape.

All is okay
There's a heavy leaking above infront of our room ceiling. And the puddle of water keep coming in our room makes the room floor messy and dirty.

During reservation, we mentioned non smoking room but they don't have .They agreed to cancel the room for us but haven't get refund yet. Hope booking.com can help to settle it.

Wifi is pretty fast
The room a bit smelly.
The bed sheet does not change. Had blood stain & the pillow sheet smelly.
The aircond was not cold. Seems like not being service.
