The property is located near Waterfront , the park and restaurants ,so the transport expenses were minimised 😊. There also a nice Mountain Views at the back ,this includes the view of the Stadium ❤️.

Great place to stay as a single person or a couple. It is located right next to the stadium and within a walking distance from V&A Waterfront shopping centre. The building is safe and quiet. The apartment is just like on the photos - clean and tidy, and has fast and stable Wi-Fi that works even during the load-shedding.
No washing machine in the unit, only communal laundry room in the building.
