Hotel with convenient location and excellent breakfast.

the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was right next to the lake so it was very convenient.

Toilet is quite run down. Only one pillow per guest. Late check in at 3pm.

Lovely stay, luxurious room, superb view.

Small lobby area is deceiving as the rooms were super spacious and gave the luxurious vibe. My parents' room on the higher floor had a superb view of the lake. Also appreciated the bidet in the toilet, an added point to the comfort. You can also purchase tickets for the ropeway and ferry rides at a discounted price at the lobby. We left our luggage at the lobby for safekeeping while we explored. Smooth and easy storage and collection overall. Wish I stayed another night at Hu Yue Lakeview hotel.

Breakfast was a little disappointing.

Great location, friendly staff

Staff was friendly, lake view was nice. Room was spacious. The buffet breakfast was good. Location was excellent, center of shopping district. Parking is offset.

Room could be a bit cleaner.

friendly and helpful staff, property was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable

maybe the breakfast can be changed a little daily so that the menu is not repetitive. we stayed 3 nights and had the same food choices for breakfast.

One night at Sun Moon Lake

Lovely hotel with great amenities such as toilet with bidet, bathtub. Our hotel room looks exactly like what was shown in the picture, with a nice balcony with high table and chair facing the Yidashao pier and the Sun Moon Lake. The hotel's location is also a plus point as it is located near to Yidaoshao pier and the main shopping or food street!

a room card key is not safe. it shows not only room number, but also the hotel name. in case this key is steal, or lost, the room is no longer secure then!

Location. Night market but closed early around 19:00.

No karaoke booth, no play room, all stores closed down around 19:00. Luckily my kids brought their own Nintendo. The bedsheet is a bit itchy. It could be my eczema flared up but it wouldn’t have been a bad idea if I brought my own clean bedsheet to cover it with.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The decor was nice. The bed was comfortable.

I hadn't been aware that the hotel is located at the end of a busy, noisy shopping street and right in front of a busy boat dock. The breakfast was only so-so, serving margarine instead of real butter, but the coffee was good. The bathroom had many spots of mold around the fixtures, and the shower stall leaked onto the floor.
