La rampa della barca della comunità privata si trova dall'altra parte della strada e alla fine dell'isolato offre un facile accesso al fiume Vernon. Porta kayak, canoe o barche a motore ed esplora le saline e le isole barriera della Georgia costiera. Questa casa si trova accanto alla Blue Kayak House, che può ospitare 8 persone. Se hai un gruppo numeroso, verifica la disponibilità di entrambe le case.
Dal momento in cui entri dalla porta principale ti senti come se fossi a casa. Il soggiorno a pianta aperta, la sala da pranzo e la cucina sono a volta e si affacciano sul patio, portando all'esterno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Due sgabelli da banco in cucina pronti per conversazioni fantastiche durante la cottura o per godersi una tazza di caffè al mattino. Il tavolo da pranzo è impostato per 6, ma ci sono opzioni foglia e sedie aggiuntive per posti a sedere espansi. Il soggiorno ha un televisore a schermo piatto da 50 "con cavo e Netflix. Associa il tuo iPhone allo stereo Sony e goditi i tuoi brani! Ci sono due camere matrimoniali in questa pianta divisa. Uno a destra del soggiorno / sala da pranzo e l'altro a sinistra, nell'ala della camera da letto. Entrambi i maestri hanno il bagno privato. Ci sono altre due camere da letto, una con un letto a castello (doppia superiore, inferiore inferiore, doppia con rotelle) e l'altra con un letto matrimoniale. C'è un altro bagno completo nella hall vicino alle due camere da letto. Lo scaldabagno è su richiesta, quindi l'acqua calda non è mai un problema. Tutte le camere sono dotate di lampade con porte e prese USB per una comoda ricarica del telefono.

The house is located very conveniently nearby downtown, Tybee Island and any other events or sights you might want to see. The house was very clean, the pool was fantastic, and the neighborhood quiet. My family and I loved our stay!

We had a great time on our stay in Savannah, Ga. Our work team completed an extended stay using VRBO and were extremely pleased with our stay from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the host was informative and quick to answer any questions that we had. Great stay!

We stayed at the orange Kayak House for a family wedding instead of booking hotel rooms and it was the best decision ever. The heated pool was a huge hit with the grands, especially in November! The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We are so glad we chose this house for our family of 6 adults and 5 children for this wedding weekend.

I needed a place in the Savannah area to host our first family get together since pre Covid. This one fit the bill entirely. Nice clean house, and true to the online description. Super cute, quiet neighborhood and very near stores as well as an easy drive to downtown or the beaches. We had 6 adults staying at the house with 3 adults and 2 kids day tripping over. Such a great space to host a small gathering like ours…we spent most of our time in the backyard swimming, grilling and hanging out under a nicely finished canopy area. We also took a lot of walks over to the creek area around the corner, and my wife and I even took the kayaks out for a good long paddle(just be sure to time the tides because it can get awfully mucky if you don’t!). There’s really nothing negative I can say about this place, it really was the perfect setting for a long overdue reunion with lots of wonderful memories made 😊

The place was awesome and exactly as described. The hosts were very helpful and provided us lots of recommendations from food to fishing charters. We would recommend this stay to anybody. The place is not TOO close to busy Savannah but yet close enough that everything was a sling-shot distance away.

Perfect for Sharing
House was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for a baseball tournament and had 3 families with 3 kids and there was plenty of room. The pool kept the boys entertained. They had so much fun! The house has everything you might need. The kayaks were great, too! Our boys explored the marshes in the kayaks almost daily. Thanks for a great trip!

Family vacation
The house was in a quiet neighborhood. Nice and clean. Low water pressure shower heads.. Pool was changed ...no chairs in it. Older picture of the pool. All in all I would definitely stay again.

Great backyard
This place was great. Nice and clean. The back yard was the best feature of the house. You can BBQ, lounge, sun bathe, or just enjoy the heated pool (which has some nice lighting at night). The check in was a breeze. The only issue for us is that you are not really close to anything. You have to drive around everywhere. But other than that, great place.

Cozy cottage that's not too far from anything
Comfortable place and great backyard (as advertised!), but the best part is it's truly not too far from anything you need in Savannah with a car.
The backyard is fantastic for entertaining. The interior isn't the fanciest place in the world but is well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay - you shouldn't be sitting inside anyways!
My only recommendation is this should not be listed as a property that sleeps 12. There is bed space for 10 max, even with guests being children. The only way it would be 12 is if two slept on the L shaped couch but it isn't a sleeper sofa.

This was an excellent accommodation. House was clean and well stocked. Owner left a very detailed and accurate notebook regarding all the features of the house. There was also information on local places to eat. We would definitely stay there again.

Son's wedding
My family and I travel to Savannah for my son's wedding. The house was perfect! It had enough bedrooms for all of us. The pool was great. The location is perfect! The owners were great at answering any emails that I sent to them. I would certainly stay here again.
