Location. Helpful and friendly obliging staff, especially the owner and his father. Nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean

Somewhat limited menu which changed one item per category (starter, main, dessert) each night. Which when there are only 5 choices each is not alluring if you intend to stay for a week or more. However the food was cooked and presented well

Clean and smart. Great location. Great breakfast. Plenty of parking, staff well trained and very very courteous. Excellent shower.

Mattress too soft at the edges. I nearly fell out!

The location is fabulous! Everywhere was super clean. The manager & staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices plus juices, fresh coffee & tea. There was plenty of hot water in the bathroom and the towels were good quality.

The beds were uncomfortable - just ordinary linked spring divans with no memory foam toppers to offer a bit more softness to the mattresses. There wasn’t a fridge in the room (how do people manage in the summer without one??!!) and no bottled water. There were no shelves in the very small bathroom, to put my cleanser, moisturiser, toner and my specs on! Also we were disappointed to not have a dressing gown, slippers or face flannels provided. We have had these in cheaper hotels. Although there was a balcony with great sea views it was not private. It runs in front of three rooms and a public door so anyone can wander along and look into your room. There were only blackout curtains no privacy (net) curtains, so when you were dressing/undressing you had to shut the main curtains for privacy. The room was far too hot so we turned the heating off - luckily there was a small window above the patio doors to let in some cool air.
