La alberca que le den mantenimiento para que esté limpia

al llegar el hotel no tenia nuestra reserva, dijeron que les aprecia totalmente cancelada, la persona de recepción muy poco receptiva pese a mostrarle el correo de confirmacion y señalando que lo sentia... a lo que tuvimos que en ese momento realizar una reserva estando en el hotel. ya hecha nos dijo que no nos podia atender hasta que la tuviera el pese a tener nuevamente correo de confirmacion. ni si quiera un vaso de agua ofreció.

el estacionamiento del hotel también un problema te dan un boleto impreso en papel termico que si se maltrata lo toman como perdido y se cobra cuando no son capaces de darte algo en donde guardarlo para evitar daños. el resto del personal muy bien. El baño se inunda y es muy incomodo pues para abrir la ducha debes estar dentro y agua helada te cae encima. La pantalla nunca encendió.

Las instalaciones limpias y ordenadas. Pero no hay comparacion con el de Torreón

Alimentos fríos, mal presentados y escasos. Considero inaceptable que si te hospedas te cobren el estacionamiento

El estacionamiento con letreros que no aplican, señalización pésima Es difícil acceder la primera vez y hay obras en el acceso.

The room was what we expected. The beds were comfortable and they had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I think the highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet. The food was really tasty and in a good temperature. Some family members also ordered from the menu and the breakfast was very well served. The staff in general were polite, on exception of the person in the parking lot cabin. On a side note, make sure they mark your parking lot ticket in the lobby to avoid being charged.

Upon our arrival, the person in the parking lot cabin was VERY rude when we first arrived and asked him to approach for indications on whether that was the right entrance (You can either enter by the Hotel One that is right next, or by the basement parking, which is where the rude guy was). That definitely gave us a bad impression right from our arrival to the hotel. Another unpleasant thing regarding the room is that before check-out we checked under the beds to make sure we weren't leaving anything behind, and we found a white sock that wasn't ours. That gave us the impression that the room hadn't been properly cleaned.
