Location was perfect for a sunny day to enjoy the beach and area. Unfortunately, and no one's fault, the weather was horrific, severe thunderstorms and a tornado warning. Cute and comfortable. We hosted an Easter party for family located all over California. Santa Barbara was an easy destination for everyone.

Roof leaked a bit in the storm and the floor was wet. The owner promptly responded and I am sure it will be fixed before the next storm. I'd like to come back in the summer.

More bedding on Master Bed. Thin quilt and a sheet was all that was on there.

This beach house was AMAZING! Perfect for my family. The house was in great condition and was so easy to relax in. We were able to cook meals, pick up groceries to store in the fridge, start the dishwasher and make a full pot of coffee. Water and coffee grounds were even provided for guest use! We used the washer and dryer which makes longer visits with children much easier. They provided beach chairs, towels, beach mats, beach bags and even a boogie board!! We were able to use these at the beach, which is only literally a two minute walk away. The Tri County produce and mini mart was 2 streets away. Easy to walk to, to pick up milk and extras. The windows had great views of East Beach from the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole ambiance was just amazing. I was able to enjoy a morning cup of coffee with the gas fireplace on. I strongly recommend this house and will book again on my next visit to Santa Barbara.
