central location near lake, great views, well equipped and comfortable . Use of the hotel spa and lake swimming pool

great location directly across from the lake. superb to be able to use the facilities at the hotel too.

We had a great view of the lake and the mountains surrounding the area. The first night we could even watch fireworks from our balcony.
Access to a private beach in front of the property as well as the spa im Weissen Rössel was wonderful.
One of the receptionists, Linda, was always very helpful and willing to honor our requests.
It would have been helpful if staff had accompanied us to the property upon arrival. It was not so easy to locate and where to park. Also, we 5 elderly ladies had to climb to the fourth flour without any help with all our luggage.
Knowing in advance that a Nespresso coffee machine was available to us, we would have brought the correct coffee. In St. Wolfgang there was no place to buy it.
Checking out at 10am was a bit early.
