Excellent location and proximity to Hamburg HBF. Very modern fully equiped suites. Friendly and helpful reception team.
We stayed 6 nights. At 10:30pm on night 4 another guest unknown to us accessed our apartment. Dont know how this happened. There was no threat to us but our privacy and security were violated. We reported to Management who reviewed CCTV and access records but we never got a full explanation of how access was gained. The whole incident was very unfortunated ans spolied an otherwise great accomodation experience.

Everything location, clean simple access and friendly staff
The parking spaces are a bit narrow
Air conditioner only on the sitting area not the rooms but it was not a big deal as the weather was very good during our stay

The property has an optimal location which is easily accessible by car. From the front door it is only a short walk to the Rathaus, so you will quickly be on your way around the city. If coming by train it is literally a 5 minute walk from the Hamburg Hbf. Very friendly staff who were absolutely fluent in English which was helpful. We got a parking spot under the property which of course made unpacking even easier.
Our room faced a low roof of a different builing, looking onto the back of other buildings. Not ideal but definitely also not a major issue. The blinds and curtains are very effective.
