That the room was available. The host was right there when we arrived and provided excellent support - above and beyond what would normally be expected. The bed was comfy - plenty of blankets. The facilities were clean and nicely arranged. Access in and out was easy.
There were a few minor details that would have made the stay better had they been taken care of. Lighting - both the mirror light in the bathroom and one bedside lamp were not working. There were no bedside outlets to plug in phone chargers - a bit frustrating. If you don't have a vehicle you are pretty isolated. Nothing to walk to, like restaurants, easily. The price seemed a bit steep for a room without a private bathrrom, but we did need a place for the night and this was the best deal we could find.

"Pedros was the perfect host, he showed us around the property andade us feel very welcome. We had full use of the house, we were the only guests. Breakfast was basic but perfectly suited for us. Juice..."
