LOCATION , CLEAN AND GOOD HOTEL
they should give good service to their guest. As me and my friend were doing gym and then we asked the reception for towel and she said ok ,...but then no towel came. After that we called again then she said no towel can be provided in the gym ...and then a staff came to the gym and said no ..... at least the customer service shall be up to the mark which attracts customers next time as well.

Good facilities, very polite and cooperative staff, good location in Juffair (but slightly away from the noise and bustle)
The club and lounge may get a bit noisy during weekend nights, especially if you’re on the lower floors

Had wonderful stay at this Hotel. The receptionist name Cherry was very accommodating and friendly, thanks for her very good consideration and notice ahead. My request for the location of room was granted just notify them before arriving.

The staff were friendly and super helpful. Checkin was also smooth and effortless
The bed was abit hard. The buffets lacked varieties.
