The breakfast and the communication with the staff were super great! Everything was delicious, fresh, and practical. The location is also good and Andrea gave us nice tips about the city!
Everything was perfect for me ;) I could never complain.

Good value for money and great hosts. Location is on a busy street but the property is quiet and looks out over a lovely garden. Easy walk to both via dei Tribunali, the main train station and the metro. Very responsive hosts and great breakfast delivered at your chosen time each morning. Nice to have the kitchen facilities. Bathroom could do with a bit of updating but overall a nice stay.

One of the nicest stays I ever had.
The stuff is very attentive. Just ask if you need anything.

The location is perfect — very central and close to everything.
The host was super responsive, kind, and always ready to help with any questions we had.
The kitchen was well-equipped and everything we needed was easily accessible.
The toilet flush didn’t work properly throughout our stay.
The bed linens had an unpleasant smell, as if they hadn’t been washed recently.
Toilet paper and soap were not replenished, and by the last day we had none left.
Towels and sheets were never changed during our stay, even though we requested a refresh once.
This place definitely has great potential, and with a bit more attention to cleanliness and guest comfort, it could be truly excellent.
