good location and friendly staff.

the apartment was dirty, the kitchen was poorly equipped and had a pervasive damp smell as well as cockroaches. with all of the above in mind they tried to charge us $15 because there was tooth paste on the towels when we left which felt totally ridiculous.

Worse place to stay.

large spacious rooms, modern, privacy.

Attention to important detail lacking. no clothes hangers for suits, fridge wasn’t turned on prior to arrival, thick dust on toilet paper holder, no soap holder in shower, washing machine with no detergent, dishes with no detergent, no daily top up of water bottles, toilet paper or soap. if we paying by the day these should be topped up.

Staff and security was terrible.. Always no have responsible worker at reception only security and his cannot speak English.. waste a lot of time.. one day and night was no water and reception do not tell about this before, even they know already.. so at the night time and morning till checkout time cannot shower... After when we need to checkout no have reception people again and cannot complain about this and ask some money back.. The Staff was worst I have ever seen..

The pool was clean with a great view.

There were no towels in the apartment and the pool area, as I arrived I was already asked what time I am checking out. There was no bottle opener in the kitchen and no dental knits or conditioner. My room card didn't work and they replaced it with out my room number on, so I had to call to find out what my number was. I had to ask for water as none was available. Definitely over priced and not value for money.
