Facilities, as we travelled with two teenagers so kitchen and sparate wc were very helpful, location was amazin - 20 min walk to city center and 3 min walk to metro/tram station, quick contact with property manager who was very nice

Bathroom could be renovated

Excellent location and a very smooth check-in process, with key collection being quick and easy. The hosts were fantastic at communicating throughout our stay and always responded promptly to any questions.

Unfortunately, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was also a significant amount of noise from outside the apartment during the night. The apartment had a very unpleasant smell throughout our stay, largely due to guests staying in a nearby flat who were smoking frequently. These guests also left a considerable amount of mess in the communal areas, which was disappointing. Additionally, the WiFi code provided in the apartment did not work on arrival, so we had to contact the hosts to request a different code.
