Overall setup. Its not a hotel. its an apartment converted into pathetic hotel. Breakfast arrangement is pathetic. They have just put 4 tables in narrow lobby and made it dining area where breakfast is served.

Туалет в номере располагался через проходную комнату, что не очень комфортно для того, кто в ней проживает
В проходной комнате нет окна, из-за чего в ней очень душно
Завтраки довольно скудные, но при этом есть возможность завтракать в номере, и всегда все приносили довольно быстро
Немного устаревший ремонт, в люстре были перегоревшими лампочки

На отлично только местоположение
Не понимаю откуда у этого хостела такой высокий рейтинг. Фактически это очень сложно назвать гостиницей. Вечно падающая крышка унитаза, завтрак больше похож на перекус. Бутик отель это громкое название! Больше подходит хостел. В довершении ко всему принимают оплату только наличными деньгами, чека не выдают, печатей нет. Как вообще такой отель попал на букинг?!

Location is perfect. Very clean and neat. Just near to Nizami street and all restaurants are available. Also Metro was not only 7-10 mins walking distance. Staff is also helpful.
Breakfast was really little in Quantity. That need to be improve by adding boiled eggs, Cheese, Butter, coffee and present it on table. Then they may add some charges for that.

Best location, it's a 3min walk from Nizami Street.
Breakfast is reasonably good. it's not buffet, they will serve in the table. don't expect much if you paid less ok.
The staff is very supportive. I requested for taxi booking, he did for me. I left my phone accidentally in the taxi, he helped to communicate with the guy. thanks to this i still enjoyed my trip!
Could improve with the basics: kettle, cup, tea/coffee/sugar/water in the room. you can ask for it sure they will give but better if i dont have to.

The Hotel location is in Nizami street and the view is great. Old baku city and fountain square is just a walk away and all amenities nearby. Rooms were great much better than we expected and overall stay was good.

1. Идеальное расположение: центр города, но в дали от шумной пешеходной улицы в 1 минуте ходьбы.
2. Персонал невероятный! Чай с вареньем вечером предложат, всегда приветливы.
3. Завтраки хоть и однообразные: яйцо/омлет, хлеб, варенье, колбаса, масло, огурец и помидор (ломтики), чай, но в целом за эту стоимость - отличные.
4. Белье все чистое, новенькое.
5. Интернет хорошо работал в холле, можно было проводить встречи.
6. Разрешили оставить вещи до заселения и после.
7. В начале ноября было тепло и в комнатах тоже было тепло

В выходные в баре внизу очень громко до 23:00 - 00:00 играла музыка
Экскурсия от отеля — разочарование (именно наше). Мы ждали экскурсию, а был просто трансфер. Без рассказа про страну и историй. Просто покатали по ключевым местам, но нам. в целом понравилось.

Location is great, close to everything, staffs are very friendly and helpful, they give us a good room with balcony. They also arrange for airport pick up smoothly with reasonable price. I will come back this hotel if any chance to travel to Baku again.

near to Nizami street, this is not hotel, infect a 100 years old building, where they made rooms in one of the apartment.
entrance is difficult to locate, very un-pleasant smell in the main old building, in the apartment, inside rooms and toilets.
Nothing, it's very poor place to stay,
Staff is trying to help but cannot as building by itself have smell.

Расположение хорошее. Клопов вроде не встретилось.
Удачный крошечный номер без окна за какие-то невменяемые деньги, звукоизоляции нет совершенно, я всю ночь слушала пьяные вопли и никто из персонала ничего не сделал. Матрас неудобный, под потолком круглосуточно светится окно в коридор. Вентиляции нет. Сантехника усталая. Воду отключали и утром не было горячей. Не было пододеяльника. Подушка слежавшаяся. В комнате нет бра, только яркий верхний свет. Дверь хлипкая, было страшно когда кто-то бегал по коридору и орал матом.
Ничего общего с фото это место не имеет, там страшно находиться и оно никак не подходит для отдыха.

cleanliness needs improvement, all rooms are dirty and dusty and a lot of insects. cockroaches etc. needs big improvement on cleanliness, AC is not strong enough to cool the room

nothing after confirming the stay I was allocated another room, where no balcony. I Presume after booking and paying for my stay hotel had another guest in my room. Very Bad I am not sure how someone can rate 8/10 this hotel . please review otherwise can’t trust booking.com rating.
the reception person cannot communicate basic English and asking money upfront ,while giving the room I reserve. It’s Scam.

I like that it was fairly clean and close to all locations. Good enough for its price.
The room details is misleading. I thought that the room with balcony mentioned really meant that there's a balcony for the room, turns out, just a window view. Pictures are not accurate.

location is very excellent and all the staffs are very good and helpful. all the main attraction locations are walkable distance from hotel. if you want to enjoy the night life in Nizami street preferring this hotel.
