Location is good, easy access to harbour & town. The house is well equipped
The bedding on the back bedroom bed was a brushed duvet cover & pillowcases, which looked as if they’d been washed so many times it was hard to tell if they were dirty or not. Not the kind of bedding I would expect in a holiday house.
Parking is an absolute nightmare, even with a parking permit it’s almost impossible to find a space at any point. Car park charges are very high too.

very clean, comfortable plenty of space everything you needed was in the house
the only thing was the parking we was given 2 permits for three days but couldn’t find anywhere to park outside so we unloaded the car and parked 10 minutes walk
it’s not a big thing and we would stay at the property again

Lack of parking, parking permits provided, but still no where to park.

A lovely house with all the facilities that a family needs. The property was within walking distance of Brixham, and very clean and comfortable.

Great location, excellent spaces and facilities. We’d happily stay here again.
Could do with a couple more little pans in the kitchen but that is literally the only tiny thing to improve. We loved it and would stay here again!
