Facilities nearby.
My 2 years old son broke a small glass and we were told the cost of a replacement was 5 times the price we saw the same glass for sale in a local shop. For us, the price we paid for the replacement is nothing, but we felt the motivation behind this wasn't good. Consequently although we liked the apartment, we won't be using this company again.
