Questo bellissimo cottage aggiornato offre una vista sull'Indian River ed è a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Clinton, da Cedar Island Marina e da numerosi ristoranti. Siamo a 30 minuti in auto da Yale, a 45 minuti in auto dai casinò e due incantevoli centri benessere (Water's Edge e Saybrook Point) distano in 15-20 minuti in auto. Questo è il luogo perfetto per un weekend romantico, un weekend da ragazza o una visita al college. Il nostro appartamento è situato in un piccolo e accogliente porticciolo per mamme e pop in una bellissima zona residenziale. Vieni, divertiti!
La zona giorno di questo appartamento è di 600 piedi quadrati e comprende una terrazza privata con vista sul fiume Indiano, perfetta per cenare e rilassarsi. Lo spazio è stato aggiornato (2019) ed è luminoso e pulito. Troverete una cucina completamente attrezzata, un bagno completo con vasca e un ampio soggiorno confortevole. C'è una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale. Verranno fornite lenzuola e asciugamani. C'è un parcheggio disponibile per il vostro uso. WiFi disponibile Un massimo di due (2) ospiti della casa.
Il quartiere ha marciapiedi per raggiungere facilmente e in sicurezza molti ristoranti, il porto turistico della città o solo una passeggiata serale. Hammonasset State Park è a 10 minuti in auto. Tariffa scontata per l'uso di 2 kayak o paddleboard dal Memorial Day al Labor Day.

Loved our stay here! This adorable cottage is in a beautiful neighborhood and kept impeccably clean and well maintained. Our hosts were just lovely and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome! We loved it here and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

We chose this property as a quick weekend get-away. It has a great view of a river inlet where the owners also run a Kayak business. It is within a very quick drive to Hammonasset Beach. The unit itself was immaculately maintained and well decorated. It felt warm and inviting. Every detail was taken care of by the hosts. It was such a welcome change to have linens, towels, soaps, etc all provided. We had a chance to meet the hosts who were very nice and happy to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Ann and Chris were great hosts; they made sure we had everything we needed! The house was easy to find, clean and the perfect fit for my husband, 4 month old and me. It was within minutes of restaurants and was close to the Hammonasset state park. The back porch overlooking the water was beautiful and so relaxing in the morning. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nicely appointed inside with a sunny outdoor deck overlooking the marina and beyond. We took a walk among the quiet surrounding streets. We wished we had additional free time to kayak and explore the river that property’s marina operates. Chris and Ann are great hosts and were very accessible. Highly recommend.

This is a very spacious, spotlessly clean rental with beautiful coastal/water/marsh view (no rental below you so it's quiet). The entire property is charming and VERY well maintained. Location is great; close to Route 1, but in a walkable neighborhood and a nice waterfront restaurant/bar (Aqua). The furniture is like new and comfy. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, etc. provided in the closet as well as bathroom toiletries. A welcome basket of Keurig pods and snacks were much appreciated! The hosts were very gracious and friendly. This cozy rental is a hidden gem!

Staying at Chris & Ann’s is cottage was such a pleasant experience. The minute we opened the door, I noticed how clean it was. Almost everything seemed new or barely used with lots of nice small touches-a snack basket, bathroom supplies, fully stocked kitchen with basic cooking supplies. It was very quiet with a peaceful view of the bay from the balcony. We enjoyed kayaking twice. We hope to go back again!

We were staying here during our wedding weekend and it was the perfect escape for me and my husband. The property is so cool and right on the water. They also own a water sports company and we got 2 free rentals and discounted rates on extras. My husband and his groomsmen ended up kayaking that morning and they had a blast. We met the entire squad who runs the operation and they were so sweet! We will definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay for our baby moon! The property was clean, cozy, and absolutely adorable. Loved the deck with views of the marina too. Chris and Ann were great hosts. We hope to stay again sometime!

Perfect get away in a clean and spacious apartment with a gorgeous deck and view. It is a walk-up, and thus, stairs on the outside. Well lighted and beautiful.

We stayed the first time in 2019, a 4 person family with grown children at their other cottage across the drive and this time I stayed in the 2nd cottage and had a friend from VT over to visit. Both times rate 5+ stars. Welcoming, CLEAN, relaxing, comfortable, great location with plenty of great sunrises and surroundings near the water to walk to and enjoy. Chris, Ann, and Sarah are wonderfully hospitable. WILL stay again.

Chris and Ann were welcoming and accommodating. The cottage is nicely appointed, modern and fresh colors, coastal atmosphere. we found everything we needed in the fully equipped galley kitchen. A highlight of our trip was to take the kayaks out that Chris offers to guests. We certainly look forward to come back.

been visiting this area for years staying in local motels, never satisfied and often disgusted. stayed 2 nights here to visit family, could not ask for a more comfortable, quiet or clean place. owners available and pleasant. Will be back.
