SOUNDFRONT Rodanthe - Via della Croce d'Onore. Gli amanti del vento e degli sport acquatici prendono nota! Questa bella casa ha una passerella privata che ti porta alla tua spiaggia privata sabbiosa e fronte mare. Scegli tra 4 camere confortevoli e arredate in modo accogliente. Una camera da letto matrimoniale offre accesso al ponte soundfront con vista sonora e bagno privato con doppio lavabo. Una seconda camera da letto matrimoniale e una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e una serie di letti a castello singoli hanno ciascuno una vista del suono e condividono un bagno comune che è anche dove troverai la biancheria. La camera da letto matrimoniale all'ultimo piano ha ingresso privato nel bagno semi-privato e accesso al ponte sul lato oceano con vista sull'oceano. Tutte le camere hanno la propria TV. Due livelli di ponti vantano una vista incredibile del suono e il ponte esposto a est offre anche una vista sull'oceano! Goditi un bagno rilassante nella vasca idromassaggio sul ponte di livello intermedio mentre guardi il sole che tramonta sul suono. Il ponte di livello superiore offre un portico schermato con deliziosi set da pranzo perfetti per il caffè del mattino. La grande sala è elegantemente decorata con colori vivaci e tenui del mare, coordinandosi perfettamente con le viste sull'acqua blu che entrano nella stanza attraverso ogni finestra. Rilassati davanti alla TV con lettore DVD e una selezione di film o conversa casualmente mentre la cena viene preparata nella cucina vicina. Tutti i comfort sono forniti nella spaziosa cucina e la zona pranzo e il bar per la colazione offrono posti a sedere per il gruppo. Esci sul ponte di livello superiore mentre il sole sprofonda nel suono e le stelle iniziano a emergere, e le ESTATE SUCCEDONO tutte le tue preoccupazioni.

The property is at a perfect location. The sound on one side and the ocean within walking distance. The house itself was not very clean and is need of some repairs. The front of the bathroom vanity was falling off. The bathroom vanity countertops looked like a bad diy gone wrong. The screen porch was in bad disrepair with sections of screen flapping and make shift door fasteners. When we arrived late their were no sheets on the beds (website said they were provided). The company was very nice though and gave us free towels to compensate. We had a great time and loved the location the house just needs a little TLC.

The house had a nice layout and accommodated our family nicely. We do wish it provided more bath towels for guests. Additionally, we recommend the owners provide beach towels and chairs. The dryer didn’t work great either and it could be that the vent below wasn’t cleaned out.

The house itself is adorable and well taken care of but unfortunately there is a huge bridge that cuts off the view of the horizon being built.....and not only is the bridge a tremendous eye sore the noise from it being built goes on ALL DAY! The description writes of wonderful sound side views but it’s not true the bridge blocks your view of the horizon. You literally can’t see the sun going into the water at sunset because the bridge sets right at the level. The noise is literally so loud the house shakes from the construction. The construction goes on from Monday through Friday from 8am - 4:30pm.....I was so disappointed as the description did not mention anything except a “connecting jug handle” as if it was some small thing off in the distance. We spent a lot of money and literally had to figure out ways to avoid being at the house all day! Otherwise the noise literally gave me a headache....again there was no description even remotely close in the write up when we rented the house....nor did we receive an update to give us any expectation of this. We came to the beach to get away from the craziness of 2020 .....instead we rented a house with more craziness. I’m very disappointed in the rental company for not at least informing us to expect some (A LOT) of disruption. I will not rent this house again because of this experience nor would I encourage any one I know to do so.

This house is a perfect combination of access to the calm Sound waters and the active beach of the Atlantic. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Ample space for comfort and great views. We thoroughly enjoyed being together and relaxing after a stressful spring.
