Staff was so helpful in supporting me in my onwards travel; they even got up very early in the morning, to prepare a breakfast pack for me and drive me to the Bus terminal - Thanks again for that; payment via Booking.com; i was Upgrades to a better room as there was no water in my first room

Very helpful staff, perfect concept with helping you to the ferry. Also good vegetarian option for breakfast.

It should be noted that the shower is very simple but it did not bother me that much.

I like that they are listed on the booking platform. Easy to book without calling each accommodation in town to confirmed availablity.

Room description did not match. Booking.com said aircon but we are actually downgraded to the fan room. We agreed to change from Aircon to the fan room but they still require us to pay the difference because they said there's a glitch from the booking platform. . I think they do not consider the genius discount. We left after one night but paid for 2 nights at least based on the booking platform rate.

The owner was amazing. Good location and good breakfast. But the most important thing is that she took me all the way to the harbour and helped with all the process. In San Jose you can't just turn up at the ferry and board it. It is a complicated process. I was immensely grateful for her help! Location is very good too and the room comfortable

very close to the night market, carnival and lots of great restaurants. The staff were super helpful with getting our ferry booked and getting us to the terminal on time. Great breakfast as well, would highly recommend!

Very clean, good location for getting to the port. Staff were very helpful and organised morning transfers to port. Breakfast was also served early to accommodate us leaving. Free tea, coffee and hot+cold water which was a nice touch.

The staff and the owner will try their best to make you feel like home. Be curious and engage the conversation with them, they are very interesting people. Great deal for few nights before taking the ferry to Coron. You can buy the ticket directly to them, and they even organized the ride for me to the pier. The breakfast was great, and the host always offered us what she was cooking so we could try the local food. It was super nice of her! The staff was polite and always nice.

Not very helpful when we asked about tours or possible ways of getting into the mountains. The husband of the host didn't bother at all, and we lost our morning waiting for some advice or help with that. We ended up spending the day at a terrace somewhere in the village.

Huge breakfast, free fruits - water - coffee - tea - cake. Friendly, helpful staff.

A bit far away from the centre. But there are heaps of tricycle around.
