A wonderful place to stay, it was our second time, great location, the owner Penny was very hospitable, would definately stay again!

The hotel and our room were great. There was an entry on large and cozy balcony. And special thanks for hospitality and warness to personal in the hotel.

Not very clean room. The wine glasses were not clean and we found cockroaches and a lot of ants in the room. Also it was not soundproof.

Location is great! In the middle of the city and close to everything, 10 mins from medieval town, almost directly in the walking zone with all the nice restaurants, but in a very quiet and nice alley. Our room for three was clean, very spacious and beautiful. The single bed was very nice. Staff super friendly and helpful.

It’s common in Europe, I know, but I cannot understand why they have this telephone-like showers and cannot put any support on the wall so you can use both hands to clean yourself. Even so, however, the shower was okay, considering… Double bed was very big, but too soft.

Lovely staff who were very accommodating when we found out our flight was delayed and needed a late check in. Really tasty and fresh breakfast. Room had lots of extras that made it feel really comfortable. Also a lovely roof terrace at the top. Great for small families too. We had the number 7 family room and our baby monitor would stretch to the top which was a plus.

Perfect location. Close to the old town, close to really good taverns. In a nice part of the city where you can just walk and look around. The hotel is very unique and beautiful and very clean. It has a beautiful roof terrace. The staff is great. The breakfast is original Greek and varied. Really good atmosphere for breakfast and in the hotel.

Excellent location surrounded by some of the best restaurants i Rhodes. Very helpful and polite staff.

No hot water in the morning.

This boutique hotel is friendly and nice. It is very close to the Rhodes city center, less than 10 minutes by foot. The breakfast is very good. Recommended.

Amazing location, right next to the famous bar street. The rooms are nice overall, a bit smaller then the picture. The shower was really nice. Breakfast was fine. Would recommend.

Terrace was lovely and the rooms were decorated modern. Host seemed nice and helpful and helped us book a taxi in the morning.

The layout was impractical for a family. Lots of stairs and the renovation although looked great, wasn’t thought through well to make the stay comfortable as it could have been. Nighttime was loud and odd smells in reception.

The room was a bit outdated, the beds were really hard and made a lot of noise. Also it was hard to get some hot water for showering but then again it was reasonable for the price you paid.

Lack of a shower bracket in the bathroom so you have to hold the shower head in your hand. Odd explanation that it was a "Greek shower". (If so, why do other rooms have a bracket?!). A shame the fountain in the hallway is not functioning, as this is advertised as a feature. Parking on the narrow street nearby is not easy.

We had such a warm friendly welcome on arrival, super lovely and helpful owner. The room was lovely, clean and Comfortable and a great location for our one night stop over in Rhodes

We stayed at Mascot accommodation on 3 occasions. Location is excellent - 5 mins from beach and major bar/restaurant area. It's approximately 10 minutes to the old city. Staff were very friendly. Excellent value for money.

If you're staying with Mascot, ensure it's with Mascot Garden Rooms and not the Boutique Hotel. The Boutique Hotel has clearly tried to redesign the rooms to be functional and comfortable. Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all. As with Mascot Garden Rooms, the shower is a focal point and is nice. It takes up space which is needed for other elements. The other elements are all clearly custom built however: the toilet is impossibly small (and we weren't tall or fat), completely unsuitable; the sink is tiny and the mirror doesn't align well for a shave; the loft bed is a very neat idea, however the stairs are steep and I felt that it was possible for me to fall down the stairs when reaching for the electrical socket (which is located under the bed and requires reaching down the stairs) (there is no skirting on top either). 10am check-out was a disaster and wasn't mentioned at check-in, though it's non-standard.
