La description de cet appartement indiquait qu'il y avait une terrasse et ce n'est pas le cas. J'avais réservé à partir de ce critère important pour moi, j'ai donc été très déçu de cette situation. Après l'appartement en lui même est très bien mais le descriptif est erroné. Je l'ai signalé à la réception qui m'a indiqué vous avoir déjà demandé de rectifier ce critère

nous avons apprécié la piscine et le sauna. Le grand jardin calme et le parking intérieur fermé et sans supplément.
Nous sommes arrivés par bateau à 7 h du matin par une matinée froide et pluvieuse et malgré notre appel téléphonique à l'accueil nous n'avons pas pu avoir notre appartement avant 15 h. Ce qui est très long lorsque l'on attend sous la pluie.

L'appartement est très spacieux nous étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants), beaucoup de placard pour le rangement, c'était propre à notre arrivé cependant il manquait certaines choses pour faciliter notre séjour comme un manche à Balai (que j'ai était réclamer à la réception, que j'ai jamais eu du coup j'ai demandé un balai, on m'a prêter celui de la réception). Il n'y avait pas non plus de machine à café, qui est mentionné dans le matériel de l'appartement.
Le magasin Leclerc est à proximité, on peut y aller à pied s'il fait beau.
Le manque de propreté au niveau des étages pour le sol. Ainsi que la partie assise du canapé de l'appartement taché qui était recouvert avec un drap.

Très neuf et propre, accès à la piscine. Calme.
Sympathique de croiser les personnes âgées dans le couloir.

Appartement 2 chambres très spacieux.
Accès au garage pour la voiture.
Le sauna est à infrarouge ; pas très chaud. Mais rien de grave non plus ;-)

Very nice and big appartment! Everything was very clean and cozy.
Not on a walking distance to the city center, but with car we were ther in less then 10 minutes.

The hotel located in a quiet area, the room was quiet big, very clean with kitchen corner and everything you need.
It's close to the center, about 5 minutes by car but it's a lot of traffic during day so it could takes a bit more long. There is a big supermarket 100m away so it's very comfortable.

For those how travel by car the privet indoor parking area was very easy accessed with elevator to all floors .
with no offense , the facility is mainly made for seniors and retired people. This is not a problem of course. However a prospect guest for vacation should be informed about.

The view of the apartment and the space in it.
They did not cleaning the floor for 2 weeks. It did not have any equipment in the apartment for cleaning also. We had to ask them for toilet paper and towels.

There was a mistake in the booking, they did not care. You can call them but you waste your time. Booking also try to contact them to make a change/refound but they simply never answered. They keep the money, they don't call, they don't answer. Run away !

Very large and comfortable appartment, garage, swimming pool with a reservation. Bus stop for line no. 4 to the center in front of the facility.
Not all receptionists speak English. No cooking utilities in the kitchen.

The hotel is a bit far away from the center, but it’s perfect fine if you got a car! The reception was also super nice and helpful

Excellent stay. Without quibble moved us to a room on the front of the property when we asked. Facilities fabulous and love the attention to detail for the senior citizens who frequent the residence.
We’ll be back again in 12 months :-)
