Away from the noise but close enough to walk everywhere. Comfortable setting for one person. The beach is two blocks away. I like that is quieter and better then the location near town and Playa Los Muertos. Also the Apartment location gives the opportunity to go hiking exploring the area and exercising versus locations in the Center.

Is a self check in type of accommodation. It would be great if Host was able to be present when guess first arrive at property, so they feel welcome and could ask questions to get acquainted with Sayulita. It is a small community so very easy to figure out where to go and what to do. Definitely not an issue but it would be nice for first timers in Sayulita or inexperienced travelers.

It was just as described ..very cozy mattress super comfortable slept no problem.

I almost experienced no hot water and I take showers frequently because I exercise frequently. The mornings it's only like 15 degrees to 20 degrees celsius so taking a shower was a little problematic as I dislike taking cold showers...other than that it was perfect.

Good A/C Comfortable bed

Microwave makes loud squeal noise. Ceiling fan makes loud noise. Hot water lasts 3 minutes.

Overall I really like the studio. It is a 10-15 minute walk into the center of town but there are a couple restaurants very near on the north end. It is generally quiet and a quick walk to the beach. The apartment is well equipped (although the hair dryer was not there) with enough in the way of kitchen utensils along with nice extras like a blender, cooler, full refrigerator, etc. Drinking water being included is very appreciated. The cleaning lady is nice and helpful and does a great job. There were a lot of ants inside but I finally found their nest in the furniture which I did my best to exterminate so hopefully that is improved. Shower is hot and good. The studio is good for one person but I wouldn't recommend it for more than that.

Internet is not strong and has issues at times. Calling over WiFi is not reliable. There is a router in the room but that merely connects to another router so a full WiFi signal is false confidence. I preferred to remove that router from the chain. If you stand near the refrigerator it seems to give slightly better strength. The studio could greatly benefit from some additional hooks and/or hangers

Everything was good clean comfortable very safe and very close to the beach if you want to walk straight to the beach in the morning

I liked the cozy little apartment it was easy to find very comfortable some people may find it's a bit of a walk to the center I don't find it too bad it's just warm the straight road hope it definitely stay again

Perfect for one person. Location close to resturants, mercado and playa. Apartment is on quiet street. Owners very helpful. Hot water too!
