The staff was very helpful and friendly. I like the connecting doors between the rooms. It’s very ideal for families.

Location was perfect, away from the crowds and had the best beachfront property. Rooms were tiny but adequate for a few nights stay. Staff were all very professional and very hospitable.

Unfortunately, there was some construction during our stay so we couldn't stay in our rooms while there was construction. Though truly appreciate that they extended vouchers and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. I understand that they were also just following ordinances and laws from DENR that's why the construction was also out of their hands.

There wasn't much near the hotel, but it's only a 10mins walk along a beautiful beach to the busier part of the strip.

The room is just right a few steps by the beach, quiet and relaxing. Away from the usual crowd of Boracay.

We were thinking to spend a nice christmas and they assigned us in a lousy room behind reception where you can hear everything, the security guy listening to videos on the phone at 1:00 bothering everyone. Also, I don't understand why there are spiders in every room, I didn't pay for a room with pets. The room size is so small. Dont be mind and make 1 big room instead 2 small, for this price... please... There are much better hotels on the island for that price

extremely humid rooms, all our staff was wet all days, air conditioner didn’t help, we haven’t seen any cleaning in our rooms for 4 days, ac outlets hit you, very low ceilings, swimming pool way smaller then on the photo, no flush in the toilet, rooms very dark and you can’t open windows in the room for ventilation

The hotel was located at beach front and at the quiet part of white beach (beginning of station 3). Nice and spacious bathroom.

the room was small. We stayed at the ground floor and it was both bright and loud when we tried to sleep and at night. The rooms are not sound proof so we would hear everything from the small street outside, the reception and the staff. The room was dirty upon arrival and we found hair, dirt and stains on the bed. We had to ask them to reclean it. The pool was not living up to the images as it was VERY small. also there was to “pool area”

We have asked for an umbrella and didn’t have one to provide for guests and no restaurant facilities at the hotel and a bit far from restaurants.

The room was extremely small, we did not have the space to open our suitcase or to eat something in the room. They also removed the balcony due to some legislation issue, however, there was a safety issue as the window can still be opened without any baricade in place. The bathroom didn't smell fresh, not because it wasn't clean but due to a drainage issue that was overlooked. The hotel also didn't provide breakfast, if you want one in the morning you need to go outside. The only good point were the friendly staff and location.

Firstly, the staff went above and beyond. They were incredibly kind and caring, very hospitable even when the storm rolled in and the generator had to be turned on, and were so sweet when I couldn't contact my e-trike driver. They accommodated my requests and were genuinely very kind on my birthday. They greeted me, made sure I was comfortable and happy, and even helped me find food when the storm was around and I couldn't leave my room. While the rooms are small, they're incredibly comfy and the staff works very hard to keep them clean and free of sand. The beds are so soft, the air conditioning is nice and comfortable, and the fridge works perfectly. I didn't need much as I was on a solo trip so I didn't have the need for a closet or anything. The view is gorgeous as the beach is right outside the door, just steps away. Beautiful! The pool is perfect and was always clean! Beautiful lights as well. Always a great way to end the day. Because it's in Station 3, it's quiet and far away from the noise. If you prefer a more serene area that doesn't get too much noise, this place is perfect. The only noise was when there was a couple with a child in the room beside me--otherwise, all I could hear was the occasional passers-by outside and the waves. Walking to the action in Station 2 was no problem as soon as you get used to all the sand, but if you don't want to take the trek, e-trikes are available and easy to secure when you ask the front desk for help. Breakfast is available as well by request and it's delicious! I took this trip for my birthday (and to mourn a break-up) and I had the most wonderful time. I'll be back for sure!

N/A! The power went out for a bit, but that's because of a literal storm so it's really not their fault. And even then, they did everything to get generator power working as soon as humanly possible. So kind and so accommodating.

The staff are all friendly. They attend to your needs immediately. I like that the hotel only has few rooms so it doesnt get crowded. Its a nice hotel if you want peace and quiet.

If youre looking for a quiet place, then this is perfect. It is located at the end of station 3. Nearby food and restaurants are a good 10 minute walk. If you want to take a tricycle to go somewhere, it’s far from the main road. So you have to ask the staff to book transpo in advance. The rooms at the hotel are close to each other. So you hear every sound people make.

what I like is that its beach front and not crowded. you can leave your things in your room and take a swim. unlike in station1,2,3 the area here is not croeded and its nice to swim

we paid 4k a night which i feel is not a good value for the facilities they offered. the room is small, and the bathroom smells, also the pool is not nice, we didn't swim at all. 3rd floor area also smells. there is also no free transport service. the room keys are not keycard. free water is not bottled water, its just water in a pitcher. there is also no table. the toiletries are shared to all other guests. i didn't felt safe at all although there were nothing missing during our stay.

The place was amazing 🤩 beach front .. station 3 is always my favorite spot . Quiet and relaxing . The staffs are very friendly specially joy (chef).

We didn't expect that the balcony has veranda by the Time we went there , so we cannot enjoy so much our view in our balcony . The space in the bed room was very small ..
