I liked the communication and instructions given by the host. Also the room was well-equipped, clean and the beds were comfortable. We arrived late in the afternoon and the outside temperature was below zero but inside the apartment it was warm which was nice as we were coming with a baby. The location of the room is perfect with 2-3 metro stations nearby, many buses, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, playground. I would definitely choose the same room, if I visit Paris again!
The glass windows are not ideal for heat insulation and the room can get cold if you turn heating off when you leave the apartment, as the instructions suggest. The radiator in the bathroom didn't work. But still the room is a 10. Thanks for your hospitality! 🙏

Great location. Very quiet. Easy to get around. Supermarkets, Bakeries were all around
The only things I can suggest is a bath mat and plug for the sink.

The flat is fine and the location is amazing you can literally just walk for a bit and reach the metro. The quartier is well supplied by different facilities such as different supermarkets, bars and cafee shops. Alex is always available for any request.
in the first day the apartment was not perfectly clean. the sofa bed is not comfortable at all and I had to change the linens by my self because the cleaning lady did not change them all. The bathroom is extra small and the apartment is old...
it's not even getting the sunlight as it is just under the whole apartment in the corner.
there an excessive humidity and bad smell that forced us to keep the door open for an hour every time we entered the flat.
idk when was the last furniture renewal. however you can find anything you need in the flat which is a good point.

We had some challenges, but Alex went out of his way to make sure they were taken care of and made our stay as nice as it possibly could have been. The location is incredible, I would come back here without question the next time we’re in Paris.
The lock for the door could be replaced, but if that’s the only thing to complain about then that says a lot!!!

Location is great, near gare de nord station and other metro station. Can walk to attractions in 30 mins.
The host gave very detailed check-in instructions, so that the tenants can quickly adapt to the environment and integrate into the life in Paris.

The apartment is in a great location, close to lots of metros, cafes and 15 minute walk up to Montmarte. There were plenty of plates and you could easily eat at home if needed. Beds, even the sofa bed were comfortable. Alex was very helpful when there was a problem with our booking at the beginning of our stay.
There were a few issues that made our stay less comfortable than we would have liked. Some out of the managements control such as construction in the courtyard and the lack of natural light. However small things that could be fixed are the toilet seat attached properly, a better system for removing dampness from the bathroom and also better AC as the current one is so noisy you cannot sleep in the lounge if it is running. I would not recommend staying here in summer if you are a group of 5 or 6 for this reason.

Location was great. Close to 4 metros, many eateries, pharmacy and area sites.
Apartment was a little smaller than we expected but had all the conveniences.

The location is incredible. It’s very close to a park, a metro station, a pharmacy, a grocery, a delicious bakery and tons of cute restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything you need, including a washer AND dryer, and portable Wi-Fi you can take with you throughout the city!
Nights on the weekend got a little loud due to the nearby restaurant but I popped in some earplugs and had no problem. The shower could use a good scrub with bleach but it wasn’t a huge deal.

The place is very quiet and clean. Close to public transportation and stores. Has coffee machine with coffee and all dishes for eating and cooking. At least six people can stay there for a while. When you open the front door of the property you have cafeteria on the left and bakery at the front and the day starts good. The cheapest souvenirs are very close. Just been the house and the big church on the hill. 5 minutes walk to the left on the hill. The church is wonderful.
A little hot. But I like hot. Americans needs to learn how to use European washer and dryer just different but not difficult.

-Very well located, can see Sacre-coeur right outside the main door;
-Silent at night, didn't ear anything or anyone during night.
-Kind neighborwood with markets and patisseries, never feel unsafe around.
Certanly will make reservation again if i can when visiting Paris again.

The location was fantastic, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We left something in the flat on the last day, and were still around until the evening - we were able to go and collect.
Hadn't realised the apartment was ground floor - the rooms were a bit dark.

Apt in good condition and really well located. Only 10min walk from Gare du Nord (Paris main train station, direct link w/RER to CDG Airport, Metro, buses, etc) as to Montmartre, Pigalle & plenty of rest, bakeries, food markets, pharmacies and any kind of service a neighborhoo may need. If you, like us, like to walk you can even reach the most common tourist attractions by food (estimate a 30-40min walk) and enjoy common Paris life along your way. Have in mind that Paris is really big city with a radial distribution (which make it really convenient to move around). I appreciate that this apt has a dedicated sleeping room separated from the living. Alexander & Mathilde are really responsive and nice landlords.
Apt is at 1st floor w/o lift, something you must consider if traveling w/heavy suitcases. I find that the kitchen has almost no utensils (pans, pots, strainer, cooking spoons, knifes, etc) which may be inconvenient if you are planning to cook your meals instead of just buying and eating at the apartment as we did.

The apartment, including the bathroom, was clean. The bed/mattress is extremely comfortable. The mattress is similar to what we have at home.
Alex, the host, was fairly responsive to our inquiries.
The location was convenient. The apartment is near Gare du Nord. It is also near three metro stations (line 2, line 4, and line 7). Two boulangeries/patisseries and three grocery stores (Carrefour, Monoprix and Franprix) are nearby.
Having a washer and dryer at the apartment was also super helpful.
Alex provided us with a 4G device, which allowed us to access Wi-fi anywhere in France. Having this device saved us a lot of money. Without this device, we would have to use our USA data plan, which would have cost us $10 per day.
The pull-out couch and the dinning chairs were not the most comfortable, which was not really a problem for us, as we were only at the apartment long enough to shower and sleep. We rarely spent anytime sitting on the couch or the dinning chairs.
There were only two of us, so we did not use the pull-out couch. Although we did not test it out, I speculate that the pull-out couch might not be comfortable to sleep in.

The place was clean and warm, and the location was really great. We had coffe machine, washing machine, toaster and all other basic supplies we could use. I must say that Alex was concerned host and ready to help in every situation.
