The location , nicely decorated and new apartment. The kitchen has many stuffs and everything is new. We had a fridge issue and as it could not be fixed we are grateful the management offered a gesture for the inconvenience . It was much appreciated .
The kitchen table is too small , a bigger size would make eating more comfortable

This lovely apartment is in a good and quiet location just a 15 minute walk from the beach and the ferry to Portofino and next to a supermarket. The spacious bedroom has a good working aircon and both the bathroom and kitchen look quite new. The agency is friendly and responsive. It is a great place for 2 persons, not 3.
We felt it was rather a two-person apartment than a three-person. There was a third bed set up in the kitchen which also doubled as a living area. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the wooden structure of the “sofa” was clearly noticeable through the mattress. It gets quite warm in the kitchen. There was a fan, but didn’t do much. Unfortunately, the fridge didn’t work so we had to throw away the food.

Es war super schön und komfortabel.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und modernisiert.
Die Lage ist gut bis sehr gut in einer Seitenstraße gelegen.

Quiet street next to a supermarket for morning breakfast groceries. Very close to city center.
The host was very responsive and excellent to deal with!
Parking is tricky, so many rules in town. Option for a resident pass?
