Spacious, clean apartment, with all kinds of shops right next door.

The taxi driver couldn't find the place; it was hard to access if you didn't know the layout. The pickup and drop-off point is at the Harbour Bay Residence lobby level (2nd floor), from where you can take the elevator up to the room; unfortunately, the host didn't mention this. Communication was via message; since I didn't have internet access, I asked at 2:45 PM for the entry codes, but I didn't receive them until 3:00 PM. Everything is automated, so it felt impersonal to me. Unfortunately, the view was mainly of the other accommodation building and the parking area and motorcycles in front of it; only a tiny glimpse of the sea was visible in the distance.

Located right above Harbour Bay ferry terminal, with a mall downstairs offering a convenience store, supermarket, restaurants, food court and cafés. The seafood centre is next door, with many other F&B choices nearby, including Sederhana Padang. The unit has a nice morning sea view facing Singapore, and Harbour Bay Citywalk is pleasant for a short stroll. There is no receptionist, but the security guard can hold your luggage for early check-in or late check-out. The apartment was clean, with Netflix on the TV, and I actually preferred this unit over the higher-floor one managed by the same company.

Some maintenance would help. The toilet stays wet as the shower area is not separated.

like it’s location, near to ferry terminal, with lots of eating places to chill and hangout.

heater is not working. have to bathe in cold water. water from shower area will flow and wet entire toilet due to the design of water drainage system.
