Condo was perfect , no complaints at all! Beautiful bay view from our balcony. The building it’s self can use a face lift,Indoor pool was ice cold.. the beach and boardwalk was quite far, thank god for free parking almost everywhere!

Nice view of the bay, and nice to have the balcony shaded. The beach was an easy short walk, bus stop to the boardwalk was very close. Condo was quiet and family friendly, we used the pool tables and the pool. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions.

Check in was easy, property clean and decor beachy. The first issue was when we first got off the elevator there was an overwhelming burning smell. There was a maintenance man outside a unit and said he was "burning" something earlier and apolgized for the smell. When we entered the unit there also was another odor - kind of weird smell I couldn't place. However, the odor was only at the front door and not in the unit itself. The inside of the unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and views were pretty - if you looked to the left and not straight ahead to see the hotels next door. Also, I had an issue with the water and I called Drake and he immediately instructed me on what I needed to do. There are written instructions on the refrigerator, but I didn't see them before calling. The main issue I had was the pool was closed for maintenance. This is one of the main reasons I booked this unit was the heated indoor pool. The pool did open near the end of our stay, but still wasn't as warm as I would have liked. Would I stay in this unit again or rent from this owner again? YES! It was well worth the price due to the comfort and attentiveness of the owner.

Pictures were exactly how the unit looked. Condo was clean. Great view from the balcony. Excellent location. Short drive to restaurants, boardwalk, and amusement park. Walking distance to the beach. Would’ve liked an outdoor pool. Only downfall to condo.

Great spot for small families!
The property is perfect for a small family! The two bedroom setup is perfect for those with children and who want a little privacy. Very cozy and well maintained. Good view of the bay. Drake is very courteous and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

It was a perfect place for 2 couples to get away for a long weekend. Drake was very accessible and pleasant to talk to leading up to our trip. We will be back again!!

A wonderful condo
My husband and I and another couple come down for the car show in October every year. The condo was very clean and comfortable and felt like home. Drake was very nice from the very start and even followed up after we had checked out. Loved the bay view. We look forward to renting this condo again next year!

The bay front condo was very clean and welcoming with a lovely view. I cannot think of a thing that needs improving upon with this condo. We would consider staying again. Drake is very communicative and helpful. You won't be disappointed!
We stayed off season and still found plenty to do in the area! OCMD is one of our favorite spots!

Makai
Spent the Labor Day weekend at 314 Makai with my husband and friends and had an absolutely terrific time. Weather was perfect and condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Plus it is located on the bay but only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be looking to rent it again next year.

Drake is excellent with communications. The condo was extremely clean and the linens fresh. The view was amazing.
NO traffic noise and other residents were respectfully quiet.
Easy walk to the beach maybe 5 minutes.
Variety of dining options within walking distance.

Very nice, clean and everything we needed was there.
We enjoyed our stay, comfy bed, nice and clean apartment. Drake was a good host, when we had a question he responded very quickly. We were very comfortable and would stay here again.

Amazing stay Makai.
The Condo was just the right size for my family. My daughter had her own room and bathroom.
Drake was very very nice to talk to and kept in touch with us and even called me while we were there because I have a question.
I am looking forward to staying here again next Cheerleading Reach the Beach Nationals.

Well decorated condo with a great view of bay.
Place was well decorated and was a fun place to stay for the Reach The Beach Cheer Competition. Great size rooms and was fun to have a kitchen to make breakfast before the day started. Weather was dreary, but we made the best of it. Would really like to come back in season sometime. Thanks to our hosts for the great communication before our trip.

Our third stay at this property!
My daughter and I drive down to Ocean City pretty much every year between Christmas and New Years. This year was no different. We have tried staying at other places but always come back to Drake and his lovely condo. It's a really nice space, very clean and we always have a great time. Thanks again for letting us stay there and see you next year! ~ Chris
