Reviewer Comments:
This gem is perfectly located on the Comal River with a beautiful view from the balcony. The A/C works really well, and the kitchen is well stocked with most of all the utensils you need to cook. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of pillows and blankets. Access to the river is a few steps away, and the complex is less than a minute walk from the last public river exit. We’ve stayed here before and will continue to for our yearly river trips.

Nice to float the Comal and be so close to our room!

The location and condo were perfect for our family of 4. The property was located close to shopping and right on the river. Plenty to do and see but still quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
While the pictures portray a newly remodeled unit, the condo needs attention - only 4 forks in kitchen, several remotes had dead batteries, no batteries in makeup mirror in bathroom, beds were very uncomfortable.
