Lixus Beach Resort - All Inclusive

The view was amazing, the food was PERFECT even for peaky eaters they have a pasta stand … The night entertainment was on fire .. the checkin went smoothly also

The Jacuzzi was out of service our whole stay .. the covered pool wasn’t supervised and the sauna too ( underage kids were hanging out there ) The carpet’s hallway is very very very veery dirty like if it wasn’t never cleaned you feel like you’re walking out in a street The kids park too , the garden looking at the beach too The lady who’s in charge of the spa isn’t motivated AT ALL neither polite and lied about the Jacuzzi she said it only works early in the morning and when i came at 9 she was one hour late 😂 The kids club was very dirty I had to clean all the toys my kid wants The bar is closed at 11 pm and there’s no food from 3 to 8 there’s only a mediocre snack bar opens at 5 till 6

Friendly staff

Facilities, staff and food.

Summer activities where not yet ready by that time

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel the room had a beautiful view, and the buffet was delicious with a good variety of tasty food the animation team was fabulous and did a great job creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere The staff around the pool were also very friendly helpful and welcoming.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately the cleaning service did not meet the standard I expected and I believe this is an area that needs significant improvement paying more attention to room cleaning and housekeeping would make the overall experience much better.
