I absolutely loved my stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat! The property is in an amazing location and is kept very clean throughout.
While it has a shared bathroom I was incredibly impressed by how clean and tidy it was kept at all times. The staff were also extremely friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful during my visit.
This was an amazing place to stay in Fremantle. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
My stay would have been perfect if the rooms had their own ensuites but that is simply the layout of the building and nothing the venue can change. It didn't take away from a wonderful stay!

Fantastic old pub beautifully restored to original condition,not ruined by modern make over, friendly
staff, really cool vibe by locals.Best dinner on travels,crispy skin barramundi and excellent dining area.
Interesting shops in area and great cafe Ootong & Lincoln for huge brekky

This was a beautiful old pub in a great location in Fremantle. The rooms were big and bright and airy.
The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of upstairs public guest seating.
There are shared bathrooms here which were clean and spacious, although the lighting was very dim. I would recommend.brighter for this bathroom space.
While the bedrooms are spacious, I felt that the kitchen amenities that were on top of the bar fridge were cramped and awkward to use, especially for making hot drinks.
If the bar fridge was built into a cabinet with a bench over the top, this would’ve been much more user-friendly.
There was no wardrobe in the room instead, just a hanging rack.

Staff were lovely at check in. Free parking was really convenient. Bed was comfortable enough. Felt safe to stay with a child.
Dirty and dusty floor in room. Smell of cigarette smoke in bathroom from downstairs. Toilets and showers constantly running and wasting water. Very noisy from both downstairs and other guests slamming doors.
