I paid in advance for the property and requested that any codes to access it be sent to me right away. I informed the property manager that I would probably not have internet access since I was flying from United States and my phone/internet service could fail upon arrival in Colmar, which means I could not make any calls or check my email. By the time she sent me the codes to access the entrance door and lock box, I was already at the property. I stood outside for 1.5 hours, until a nice young lady I met, got a hold of the manager after several attempts and got me the codes. She used her own cel phone. That was very frustrating after traveling for 15 hours not to be able to access the property. I was very tired and really upset. I specifically asked for the codes in advance and never got them. I was told not to worry about it, so I expected that someone would be at the location to let me in. There was no one there when I arrived. This was very poorly handled by the manager and I hope this does not happen again.

Great location, big appartment and one of the best hostesses we have had during our vacation!

The appartment we had was on the 4th floor, 7 stairs high with no elevator, pack light, we hadn't 😂

Location was good

If you don't want to clean at the end of your stay, you will have to pay an additional 50 euros. Extra money for towels and sheets. Deposit of 200 euros. We were supposed to have parking, and pay for it 5 euro per day, but as soon as we got there, no such option was available so we had to look parking elsewhere.
