1. This is a family run Restaurant and the owner (and his dog) himself greeted us on the day of arrival and provided us with information about hiking in the region. He, his wife and their staff are very friendly. 2. The breakfast is regional and the homemade croissant is very delicious. 3. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.

I can't remember of any hotel where I have received such an amazing service! Ana and Josep, owners and managers of the Hotel Roca Blanca define what hospitality means. Always very careful about each step of the guest experience, spending time and passion to make our days amazing ! Breakfast has also been a great surprise with a variety of local products. Rooms are very clean and perfectly furnished: Very comfortable. There is a very cute and well maintained outdoor area, perfect for reading and chilling !

The owner and his staff were extremely helpful and nice. They helped us a lot with the day trips plans as the know the mountains since birth. We are planning to travel back with our kids.

My wife and I have travelled the world and have stayed in countless outstanding hotels. But our four days in Espot at the Roca Blanca will remain as one our most memorable and rewarding travel experiences. I could tell when we first entered that we were going to have a wonderful time. Josef, the owner, greeted us warmly and didn’t just check us in but gave us a full orientation to the hotel and Espot. May is low season in Espot and many restaurants were closed so Josef sent us to the local pub where the owner, Francisco, fed us for the next four days. Each morning after we ate our breakfast of local products, Josef would sit down with us and plot out our hikes. And each afternoon he would be eager to hear the tales of how our day went. At some point during our stay, my wife and I evolved from a hotel guest relationship to a true friendship. On our final evening we joined Josef’s wife, Anna, and son, Marc, for Ratafia as friends. With that kind of hospitality, we would have been happy in the most basic of rooms. But the rooms at Roca Blanca were generous in size and amenities and we slept soundly every night.

We had some problems adjusting the room temperature to our liking ... but all it took was a call to reception to sort it out.

Hosts/staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable there were modern amenities and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a selection of meats, cheeses, breads and spreads.
