The hotel is in a good location , right by the night bazaar. There is a 7/11 shop across the road. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a good selection of food for the breakfast buffet, which caters for Western and Asian tastes. I have stayed in this hotel before.
The car park has low ceilings and tight corners to drive around, if you are driving a large or 4x4 vehicle, be carefull.

The aircon was excellent
The decor was very appealing and I just loved having the choice of 4 lounge chairs plus one sofa!
It was value for money indeed
Breakfast had an extensive spread in a nice, clean and spacious dining room. I did like the Dilmah tea!
Reception area looked tired and in need of a refresh to best represent the excellent condition of the guest rooms.
Carpet in hallways looking very worn and in need of replacement; my heart sank when I saw the carpet outside my room but lifted considerably once I entered my room for the first time!
I would have liked more Western options (eg full English breakfast options) for breakfast.

Location was great and rooms were quite spacious, but rooms and infrastructure were quite old. They needed maintenance. Breakfast was decent but not a lot of options.
Worn out infrastructure. Lack of maintenance. Place lacked freshness. Bathroom fittings looked very old. Housekeeping was done superifically.
