The breakfast exceeded all my expectations.
The shower did tell tend to go hotter and cooler as pressure dipped. (Later in evening ) seemed to be ok in early morning)

Wonderful staff and very clean room. The breakfasts were excellent and the town is very pretty and safe.
The noise from the downstairs restaurant and beer garden - both in the evening as they clean up and in the morning as they prep for the day - was pretty intense.
