I had a single room. It was spacious enough for me and most importantly it was clean.
I had the continental breakfast, which was adequate; eggs, toast, cereal, fruit.
I didn't sit outside as I had to go out, but the area looked perfect for sitting there in the sun with a drink.
I personally prefer the cereals to be in individual packets rather than in decanters as I feel they stay fresher.

Staff were friendly and location was great for what I needed.
The room I was in had seen better days. Cobwebs, dodgy wiring and I could feel pretty much every spring in the mattress.
