Nice location, spacy room, good breakfast, friendly staff at the breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Really dirty room - toilet wasn't cleaned at all, hairs all over the bathroom, disgusting. Personnel at the check in and check out wasn't supportive.

Breakfast was excellent, inside of the hotel was beautiful, great location.

We had a HUGE problem figuring out how to get into the hotel. The main entrance was blocked off to car traffic for construction of a new outdoor public plaza, and there was NO signage as to where to park or where the entrance to the hotel is. We went through what looked like a service entrance and ended up wandering around and then through an underground tunnel between buildings for at least 15 minutes trying to find the check in desk. Signage was non-existent, a very frustrating experience and terrible first impression of an otherwise lovely hotel.

A big plus is the presence of a pool and a long time to visit it. Everything else was as expected.

Access to the Original Sokos Hotel Royal Vaasa is difficult due to road repairs. This is not stated when booking.

Hotel is very good placed in the city.

The situation of the garage is a little bit complicated. But there is a hotel-garage! That’s good!

Very good location, professional and friendly stuff. Good breakfast, good free wife. Good popular Irish pub down stares.

General the concept of 2 different building across the street is not good. Even so with the tunnel under the street. The hotel (at least one side of it) screems for renovation, the corridors looks really bad, rooms are more or less acceptable. But I do not like the new concept of many hotels, this one included, of empty mini bar.

Very modern rooms, nice city view, very good location, looks a bit sketchy from the outside, but rooms and the welcome hall is nice, staff is exceptionally nice

Breakfast was ok, cleaning service is not automatically every day (has to be announced before), parking at hotel is not incl. and quite expensive, a bit overpriced
