Right next to metro, very convenient if you need to get to airport, train station or bus station. A nice supermarket in the next building. Polite and nice staff, everything working properly.

The shower wasn’t really clean

We were offered a free room upgrade upon arrival and our room was large with an additional door between the bedroom and the corridor which kept any noise to a minimum. It was also on the 4th floor so the location was ideal for us. The front service desk staff were very friendly.

The location was close to the metro so made going everywhere easy. Also had a supermarket next door and a Chinese buffet which was affordable. Hotel was nice though not in the city center but near the subway. There was tea/coffee in the room and they provided a daily complimentary bottle of water which was a really nice bonus

Location a bit far from city centre, altough by running reachable within 20 minutes. Hotel is really big, therefore it takes ages to get your lift on rush hours.

The staff at this hotel were friendly, personable and helpful. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood with a soccer field across the street and a school nearby. There is a metro station 2 mins walk from the hotel so you can take the metro to the airport and save money on a taxi (vice versa). The hotel restaurant is surprisingly very good. Usually, most chain hotel restaurants are mediocre but not this one. The food is tasty and fresh and prepared with care. The meals were buffet style and the prices reasonable. I had both dinner and breakfast here and enjoyed both. There is an excellent upscale super-market 3 mins away from the hotel. There is a coin laundromat 5 mins walking distance from the hotel.

There aren't many restaurants within walking distance. Fortunately, the hotel restaurant is pretty good. There isn't much of anything nearby. If you stay here, you would be using it as a pleasant base to take the metro to parts of Lisbon you want to see.

Staff were very friendly, except the keycards are useless and reprimanding a client for having a keycard close to a phone is crap. Just sort it out, excusing the issue as a fault of the client is very poor.

In a 18 floor hotel, having only two functioning lifts is unacceptable, in our two night stay, we easily wasted an hour waiting for lifts.

air conditioning and the curtain was not working properly and need to ask worker to fix ; they also double charge the parking fee (charged upfront during checking in and then charged again during check out ) . we have asked the front desk to refund but they said need to be handled by manager. seem this was not responsible and unreasonable. we are still waiting for the refund to be done !!

The lobby of the property is beautiful. The staff were very welcoming.

Clogged shower drain upon arrival, shower's hot water kept getting cold every 30 seconds, room was freezing cold upon arrival, room's curtain did not work and could not close the window, room was too small and did not have enough space to fully open my big suitcase and closet was too small. The staff at the lobby were very friendly but poorly informed: Twice I asked the front desk lady for touristic information and both times I was informed incorrectly, frustrating to find out the correct information afterwards.
