How close it was to shops and cafes and a 10 minute walk to Hastings St

Great unit and very spacious. The views were great.
There were a lot of stairs to get to the room. There was sand and leaves on the balcony.

Lack of everyday services. We were there for a week and bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned. Lack of supplies. One toilet roll. One shampoo, two dishwasher tablets, two washing machine detergents. When you rent a property which boasts washing machine, dishwasher you don’t expect to have to go out to buy these products. Towels not changed. Could do with heated towel rail in bathroom to dry towels! We have travelled widely in New Zealand and other parts of the world so were very disappointed in this property.
