We always feel welcome and had a great room with a view of the Med - and found treats like biscuits and Fragonard soaps on our bed when we arrived. The staff go out of their way to help.
Nothing - all is great.

Great hotel for a quick business trip. Clean, functional, friendly staff and a nice breakfast. The hotel is located in France, so the price is instantly more attractive than across the border in Monaco. Quiet location. Very close to the central train station, but be prepared for a very steep hike to the hotel.

Good location with fairly easy walking to get anywhere. Monte Carlo is very steep in places. Room was ok and considering where you actually were the price was fair.
The hotel was understaffed at the rooftop restaurant, and the two men on duty were constantly busy but service was painfully slow. IE: over 1 hour to get a burger. And the OTIS lift was broken down. If you don't like the answers don't ask the question.!
