Posizione centralissima, stanza bellissima, staff super disponibile e cordiale.
Il bagno non aveva la finestra, ma una vera piccolezza.

The staff was extremely welcoming and made it a priority for us to have a taxi ready when we needed it. The room was beautiful and comfortable and had many useful amenities in the bathroom (body lotion, shower gel, etc). I should also mention that the sound proofing of the windows was really great- I was sleeping with the windows open since I run warm, but if it got too loud on the street closing them completely made the noise go away (there seemed to be ac in the room but we couldn't figure out how to turn it on and didn't bother asking the staff since it was nice and cool outside).
The sound carries easily on the street, so if you keep the windows open you can hear people very clearly. The staff did warn us about this and when we closed the windows it was quiet again.

L’emplacement juste à côté du métro, le personnel très agréable, ils ont gardés nos bagages jusqu’à minuit le lendemain pour que l’on puisse se balader tranquillement. La chambre est bien équipée tout est pensé pour qu’on ne manque de rien. Le quartier est bien fréquenté
Les chambres peut être juste un peu vieillissante mais c’est pour dire que!

cleanliness, comfort and the breakfast room was lovely and peaceful. it had everything we wanted to start the day. the waitress was on hand to help with drinks machine etc

There is no particular dissatisfaction. If I want to point out one of the most obvious shortcomings, it is the elevator with a narrow space.

Extremely small elevator, very small and not comfortable room, window with no open air faces with 3 walls without any view for anywhere (just wall), too soft and not comfortable bed, poor and not tasty breakfast.

This hotel was a great surprise! very clean, amazing location (1 minute walk from the Opera, 5 minutes from Gallérie La Fayette, 2 minutes walk from the metro) and the front desk team is so kind and helpful!
I will come back to this hotel once I’m back in Paris.
the rooms are a bit small

The men on reception Raheem and Charles made my short stay of one day informative. Raheem guided me through the Metro map to the PSG ground. And Charles told me where to eat with a list of venues. The room was very comfortable. With views down onto the busy street. At night lots of people moving around. Another man in the morning whom gave me an early wake up call named Gregory made me a coffee as I was a little bit hung over.
The elevator was tiny.

The room (double superior) was very big if you compare with other hotels in Paris. Really well located, just 3' walk to the Opera, 10' to the Louvre and with a lot of restaurants in the surroundings.
The soundproofing of the room could be a little bit better.

The location of this hotel is excellent. We were able to walk to see all of the sights. The family room was a good size, comfortable beds.
The hotel was on a noisy street on Saturday night but it was quiet on the other nights.

small rooms. for 3 people it was a double room with sofa bed which took over the room
toilet was in a separate room from the bathroom and sink. After using the toilet you have to walk around the bed to the bathroom to wash your hands !!

Excellent location and friendly staff. The room was very clean and we were very happy with the housekeeping as well.
Nothing. Maybe wi-fi should be a bit faster but it was manageable.
