Central location, friendly staff who spoke English and upscale furnishings.
No microwave (hardly any German hotels have them as I think they believe them harmful or dangerous). Parking an issue and expensive even though easy and across the street.

Very quiet. Glad to have a bottle of water. Restaurant was excellent and staff very pleasant. Staff great all round.
I did not like the artworks displayed either in my room or in the corridor. I would have preferred something more figurative and definitely more colourful.
It seemed a bit rude to say - you have a bottle of water and if you want anything else you have to pay for it and go downstairs into the lobby! Also, I would have liked a kettle, I had some sachets of herbal tea needing hot water and none was available.
