Our room was quite small but as it was only for one night it was fine. it was good to have a coffee bar in the hotel but missed tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Breakfast was adequate and fresh Ideal Location near to bars , restaurants and shops and sightseeing places

Excellent location to city sites, loved the old world atmosphere of the hotel with interior court yards. Breakfast was great, lots of choices with bacon and eggs. Quiet location.

the location was absolutely prime, just a short walk to the city centre.

In the bedroom there’s no insulation whatsoever, we could hear every single door slamming in the whole hotel. very annoying. the staff at reception at our arrivals wasn’t the best, they weren’t ready for our check in even if it was time as per indication on booking, we went for lunch, came back and the room was still not ready. they did offer us some water but I don’t think it’s good enough

The place is a little dated. The aircon was down in my room. The furniture in the lobby is dusty.

The staff were excellent, especially on the front desk, location was perfect, it was in a quite location, but easy walking distance to everything in the old part of the city, we would definitely stay again,.

Our room was very warm, aircon was switched off, and our fridge didn't work, but did get fixed, apart from that there was nothing not to like.
