Lovely Staff. Comfortable beds. Nice food.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Great location.
We have stayed here on a number of occasions and will continue to do so.
Can't really comment as we were happy with everything.

Room was basic but comfortable and clean with tea, coffee etc. Staff were super friendly and were happy to help at any point. Ie I needed something printing and they were happy to help.
I didn't realise they had entertainment Friday and Saturday nights which was quite loud. Granted it is a pub but it was very loud and I didn't see this advertised when booking. The music went off around 11pm but when travelling for work and working a long day it was a little annoying.

Friendliness of staff at dinner
Radiator broken in en-suite and permanently on made room unbearably hot even with windows open. Too many Gluten free food options not available on dinner menu. The good gluten free menu was the reason for choosing the hotel.
