Lime Time è una casa in stile delle Indie Occidentali con alti soffitti con travi a vista e tocchi di colori caraibici all'interno per invitarti a venire limin ". Lime Time è un cottage privato con due camere da letto e un bagno situato appena sopra Coral Bay con vista sull'acqua e sulla valle. Dal ponte godrai delle fresche brezze degli alisei, vedrai albe spettacolari sull'acqua, un arcobaleno nella valle dopo una pioggia, le rovine di un mulino a vento costruito nel 1700 e pochissimo inquinamento luminoso per incredibili osservare le stelle. La cucina e lo spazio abitativo sono un concetto aperto con tonnellate di spazio sul bancone che lo rendono spazioso e che consente ampio spazio per cucinare, mangiare e rilassarsi. My daughter and I spent a wonderful week here. Lime Time was perfect. Pre arrival, check in and communication with host were excellent. The house was well equipped in all regards. We cooked in several evenings and everything (and more) was in the kitchen. We appreciated having everything we needed for the beach,(towels, chairs, coolers.) The beds were very comfortable. We used the AC only at night and enjoyed the island breezes other times. The deck was wonderful. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises, evening meals and hot tub soaks after some strenuous hikes ( Johnny Horn, Reef Bay, Cinnamon Bay and Salt Pond/ Rams Head. We’d recommend them all). We enjoyed being in Coral Bay ( the quiet side) Donkeys, goats and chickens were our partners on the roads there. The only caution I would give is to ensure you rent a jeep or other high carriage four wheel drive vehicle to get up to the house. Parts of the road are rough and rutted - no joke. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on a gorgeous island

Had a great stay here, location is perfect and super close to Skinny legs and Johnny Lime restaurants. Can get to Francis/Leinster Bay, Hansen, and Salt Pond beaches all within about fifteen minutes drive. Loved the hot tub and outdoor shower, we used this nearly every day. Bedroom AC worked great and beds were comfy. Unit was super clean. Definitely need a jeep, road conditions are simply awful on the way to condo. It’s not a real long length of bad roadway, but what is there is significant. We thought the road to little Lameshur was less jarring and that’s saying something. We watched an SUV in front of us spinning tires. Not a reason to avoid booking here, just make sure you have a jeep!

This was a perfect place for me, my sister and my nieces. It is a beautiful home and had everything we needed plus a great view. We loved our time here.
The communication and ease with check in and after was excellent and we had no issues at all.
Wonderful hospitality and we would stay here again.

We had an amazing time! Lime Time was a very nice place to stay for our family. Enjoyed the outdoor shower, my husband and I enjoyed hot tub. It was perfect as a home away from home. It was really great having all the amenities there that you need, especially all the stuff you need for a beach day. We enjoyed the beaches, snorkeling with sea turtles and all our many adventures!

This house has such a peaceful, relaxing energy. We truly felt at home. It was very clean and very nice to look at, especially the ceilings and paint colors. The deck has beautiful views with amazing island breezes. We could open all the windows and doors to let them inside the house. I loved the noises of all the living creatures soothingly singing at night. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. There's a full sized fridge and kitchen with everything you need. There are plenty of towels, sheets, and beach toys to use- chairs (which are awesome), 2 large umbrellas, a bunch of snorkel gear, noodles, etc. There's a indoor shower and an outdoor shower, which I loved. Overall, we had a great time at Lime Time and highly recommend.

My husband and I love St John, and had the pleasure of bringing my Dad along for his first visit this time. Lime Time was the perfect space for our group of 3, and could easily be comfortable for a group of 4. We were welcomed with some cold beverages waiting on us upon our arrival, and immediately took advantage of the back deck and the views it offers. There are AC units in each room, but we never turned them on due to the amount of windows in the home. We opened every window each night and slept like babies to the island breezes. The property manager, Diane, was very responsive and pleasant each time we dealt with her! It was nice having all linens and beach towels provided, as well as coolers (and beach chairs) for our daily adventures. We brought our own snorkeling gear but there were tons of snorkels, fins, and other water goodies available for use. The location of the property was fantastic since we were wanting the "quieter" side of the island. We truly hope to be able to visit this property again when we venture back in the future. Thank you Lime Time for a great vacation!

Lime Time is perfect - a peaceful cottage in a beautiful setting. It's high enough up the mountain that you feel away from it all, yet just a short drive to Love City Market and the rest of Coral Bay. But the best part about the property is the deck - the sweeping views of the valley and bay were breathtaking, but it was the warm breeze that was the most memorable.
I stayed at this property with my parents and two young daughters. My mom woke up early every morning so she could sit on the deck in peace and quiet, drinking her coffee and feeling the warm breeze. My daughter and I slept in the living room on the pull-out couch every night with the windows and doors open so we could feel the warm breeze on us as we slept. It was glorious.
Lime Time was a comfortable, relaxing, PERFECT place to come home to every night after a day exploring the island, and Catherine was a gracious, helpful host!
We will definitely be back!

What a treasure Lime Time was for our family trip to St. John! The owners thought of EVERYTHING!! All the beach gear anyone could possibly need; a lovely house to be our home base for all of our adventures; recommendations on everything from food markets to restaurants to hikes to beaches.
We cannot wait to return to St. John and work with these amazing hosts again!

Lime Time Lovin
Lime Time was just perfect for our family. It was a great place to unwind and relax from the day’s adventure. LT is well equipped and stocked. There’s a little station where previous guests leave behind helpful items (sunscreen, aloe, bug spray, etc).
LT is on the opposite end of Cruz Bay so if you’re looking for walkability, this isn’t your spot. We loved it though. Going up the road to LT was always an adventure. The road has unpaved sections that we had fun tackling in our Jeep rental. One day three donkeys greeted us at the house. That was quite a laugh! It took no time to learn our way around and we really enjoyed taking the Jeep out and exploring the north and east ends of the island.
Thankfully we had no power issues thanks to great weather. We kept showers super short which was a personal challenge. I love long, hot showers and that just doesn’t happen in Coral Bay. My biggest fear was running out of water since that side of the island runs on rain water. Still no complaints, we just respected the rules and adapted.
One other thing to note is there is no live tv in the villa. You honestly won’t miss it. We wouldn’t have attempted to watch tv except it was Master’s wknd and opening wknd for MLB. A few dinner locations broadcast sports close by so that worked out.
We truly enjoyed our first visit to St. John and believe Lime Time played a huge part in that. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a place a comfortable place to relax after an adventurous day. We hope to be back!

Wonderful time!
We just returned from a wonderful spring break stay at Lime Time. The house was the perfect set-up for our family of four (2 adults and 2 school-aged kids). We loved the quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, and amazing breezes that blew through the house. The owner and property manager were great to work with and responded quickly to any questions. Lots of thoughtful details to make vacation easier including toiletries, beach gear, snorkel equipment, coolers, and laundry access on property! The kids loved the hot tub and the outdoor shower was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

A Great Coral Bay 2 Bedroom House
2 Bedroom private homes are hard to find on St John. We were happy to find this gem in Coral Bay to come back to after days of beaching. The property is well equipped for your stay: well appointed kitchen if you wish to cook, great beds (not always found at a VRBO), beach chairs + sun umbrella provided, and wonderful views from the covered deck. A Jeep is highly recommended!

Overall, a good rental
Nicely equipped rental perfect for a couple and one child. Our daughter went home early but if she had stayed the second bedroom wouldn’t have been large enough for both kids. Hot tub was nice. Need a jeep or suv to get to house comfortably — road isn’t easy. Overall, a good experience.

The house was fantastic. Clean and stocked with all the amenities that you could want. The breeze was amazing out on the deck coming up from the bay. The kids soaked in the hot tub all night. The A.C. works fantastic in the bedrooms. An overall great house to rent.

Lime Time is an adorable, super clean, and well stocked home! We enjoyed coming back from our days of hiking and beaching to relax in the hot tub! The outdoor shower is fantastic. Catherine and Annette were both incredibly responsive and helpful during our check-in. Lime Time is a gem!

We have wanted to return for a second visit to St. John ever since Christmas 2019. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with that trip. We can’t say enough good things about the whole experience.
Catherine sent just the right amount of instruction and information ahead of our trip. Annette was great in her on-site care.
Limetime is a clean and comfortable house with all the right amenities. The updated finishes and furnishings are welcomed things on the island.
Our days were mostly filled with snorkeling. The chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella and coolers at Limetime made our days simple and enjoyable. Coming back to the outdoor shower and hot tub was the perfect ending to perfect days.
I could go on and on… the view, the appliances, the towels, the beds, the A/C… and, of course the bottles of Corona and the key lim pie!!

My husband and I along with another couple rented Lime Time May 12 - 19. This was our 4th time visiting St. John, and we always stay in Coral Bay. Lime Time worked out perfectly for us. The house is small, but it's put together to utilize every bit of space. We loved the porch with its beautiful view, bird feeder, great dining table, and hot tub! The outdoor shower was awesome, with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Since we cooked dinner at home most nights, we were really impressed with the kitchen. The appliances worked great, and we had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed, including a blender for making Lime in the Coconut. The open design of the kitchen/dining/living area is ideal. The bedrooms aren't large, but the beds are both comfortable with nice linens and plenty of pillows. And the air conditioners are fantastic! We didn't use them until bedtime because the breeze makes the house pleasant, but it was really nice to sleep in an air conditioned room. Though we brought our own snorkel gear, we used the Lime Time beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers every day.
Catherine, the owner, was super to work with and provided so much helpful information. Annette, the property manager, was quick to replace the coffee pot when it stopped working, so we never went without our morning brew. Though a few pieces of the road up to Lime Time are rough, we had a Jeep, so there was no problem. The location makes it easy to get groceries at Love City Market or the Coral Bay Dolphin Market. Family spring break
This was our second time to St. John’s, and the next time we go we are staying at lime time! The house was great, the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. The house was clean and in a great spot. The owners did an awesome job rehabbing the place! Property managers on the island were great and the owners were awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to sr johns! Thank you for a great vacation!
