The view, location, room and facilities were amazing.
The staff in reception were not welcoming and lacked any interest in conversation or even asking about our stay on check out. They barely made eye contact makingbus feel that we were interrupting their ofgice time. The departure email was not professional as all words were jammed together, clearly AI generated. This is one area that definitely needs improvement.

Loved the location, the view and the pool! Great for kids! Would definitely stay again.
The gym could be improved

The apartment was spacious. The pool area is excellent, and access to the beach is great. Free parking was very handy.
For seven nights, we booked a Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment with Ocean View, which is advertised as "2 private balconies with panoramic ocean views.". We were given a room that faced west and north, which had views of the hinterland more than the ocean. When raised with Reception, we were told that it was the correct room. Perhaps the room description should be updated to avoid this confusion. The "F" rooms seem to be the hinterland-facing rooms.

Location is next level! Pool is beautiful- apartments are comfortable.
False advertising on booking.com - says to book deluxe is 2 private balconies with panoramic ocean views plus a photo of that but I had views of GC Hwy and when asked for another apartment was told booking.com is wrong and bad luck.
