Beds extremely comfortable, good quality linens, didn't hear a sound at night. Very impressive considering we were in the center of the city,
Parking is a bit of a pain. No place to really stop in front of the hotel to unload baggage so you have to pull into a place across the street which is an entrance to a parking area and hope nobody comes in or goes out. The Hotel uses a public parking garage which is several blocks away.

Near Bordeaux centre, staff were extremely helpful. One of us was sick and they allowed a late checkout. Suggested some good restaurants to us, and they arranged a great taxi to the airport.

Bathroom was large with nice fixtures. The lighting was good in the room and the bed was comfortable. The mini fridge is always helpful and having a way to make coffee is really appreciated.
Red. Too much red. It was nice to have carpeting. But there was too much emphasis on RED without artwork or decoration to soften it and make the room feel more welcoming. The tacky mirrors just made it worse. And without a window there was no relief. The door was glass leading out to a covered interior patio that several rooms also faced.
