The location, price and breakfast

Paper walls, we could listen everything from the neighbours. The extra bed wasn't a proper bed and it was very uncomfortable.

The staff were excellent at the hotel, they took care of all my needs. Breakfast was included, and offered a great selection. My room was clean and quaint, perfect for my stay.

If your room faces the Main Street, there will be significant noise through the night. Fortunately, the rooms are air conditioned, so closing the windows help some.

The room was so small, no place to move. The photos are deceptive and make the room look bigger. The Air condition didn't work. When complained to hotel, they didn't do anything. They didn't provide another room nor a fan. There was no fan. It was so suffocating without the working air conditioner in a small box like room. When we opened the window, we were bitten by insects coming from outside. So had to stay in and sweat all night. It ruined our night and the next day. Worst experience in Spain and worst customer service. Booking.com didn't help either, called them as soon as I checked in. They gave false assurances at that time and no follow up later. Worst hotel stay in Spain and even worst customer service from booking.com. I never expected such kind of unprofessional treatment by a company like Booking.com
